Sourdough Loaf Instructions
1. Leaving loaf in pan, thaw in fridge overnight
2. Set out on counter the day of baking and let come to room temp and rise slightly (2-3 hours max). Do not over-raise.
3. Preheat oven to 450F and place an oven-safe dish on the bottom rack filled with 2” of hot water to make a humid oven. Leave in the entire time the loaf or loaves are baking
4. Remove plastic wrap from pan. At this point, you may either bake in the aluminum pan, use your own loaf pan, or turn the dough out on to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
5. Using a sharp knife or blade make a shallow score in the bread - either by making one long cut down the middle or get fancy with your design!
6. Place bread in oven – be sure to support the bottom if using the aluminum pan.
7. Bake for roughly 45-60 minutes or until top is a deep golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on top
8. Let cool and enjoy!

Remember - each oven is different, so please adjust bake times and temperatures as necessary. Watch the product, not so much the time. The color and sound will tell you when it’s perfect :)

Cinnamon Roll Focaccia Bread Instructions
1. Thaw in fridge overnight
2. Set out on counter the day of baking and let come to room temp and rise slightly while oven pre-heats. Do not over-raise.
3. Preheat oven to 350
4. Remove plastic wrap from pan and place pan in oven – be sure to support the bottom
5. Bake for roughly 30-45 minutes or until top is dark golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on top
6. Remove from oven to cooling rack
7. Let cool slightly and enjoy!

Bread Rolls Instructions
1. Leaving rolls in pan, thaw in fridge overnight
2. Set out on counter the day of baking and let come to room temp and rise slightly (1 hour max). Do not over-raise.
3. Preheat oven to 350
4. Remove plastic wrap from pan and place pan in oven – be sure to support the bottom
5. Bake for roughly 35-45 minutes or until tops of rolls are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on top
6. Remove from oven and brush tops with butter
7. Let cool and enjoy!

Cookie Dough Balls Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place cookie dough balls still frozen on a prepared cookie sheet with parchment paper roughly 2” apart
3. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until edges start to brown.
4. Remove from the oven and let cook before eating. Products contain egg - please do not consume raw dough.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastry Instructions
1. Thaw in pan in fridge overnight with plastic off
2. Remove from fridge and let sit on counter while you preheat oven to 375.
3. Bake for about 30-45 minutes or until pastry dough is a golden brown.
4. Remove from the oven and let cook before eating. Products contain egg - please do not consume raw dough.
5. Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any!)
