FROZEN Sourdough Pizza Dough
Probably THE BEST pizza crust you’ve ever had, just grab your toppings! Sourdough discard gives this a more dense and flavorful profile. Jazz it up by adding melted butter and garlic or red pepper flakes to the crust. One tube makes one XL thick crust pizza or two regular pizzas. Simply thaw, shape and bake!
NOTE: This is a raw product, it will need to be baked
Ingredients: bread flour, water, salt, yeast
You’ll want to par-bake this crust, especially if you’re going for a thick-crust pizza. Using your hands, simply press it out on to your baking sheet or pizza stone (avoid using a rolling pin as it will push out all the air and leave you with a super dense and flat crust). Bake for 10-12 minutes, then pull it out, add your sauce and toppings, and bake until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Yum, yum!!
